Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
CURRENT NOTES:
COVID-19: The pandemic is sometimes causing significant delays in delivery times around the world. Please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive.
Brexit: We are currently unable to ship to the UK due to the new VAT rules and long delays at customs. We hope to re-open to the UK market once the new procedures are streamlined and the impact on our business is reduced.
Non-EU: If your order was sent untracked, please allow up to 20 days for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived by this time contact us and we will be more than happy to find a solution.

We offer several domestic shipping options including tracked, untracked and express. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight.

If you are located in Greater Copenhagen, drop us a message and we will see if we can arrange a pick-up.
International Shipping
We offer tracked and untracked shipping options. The prices are calculated at checkout based on your location and total order weight. If there is no location based rate then the rates below apply.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Out Pins is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
Tracked Shipping:
Please see your tracking number that has been emailed to you for the latest information on your shipment.
Untracked Shipping:
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@outpins.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
